Victoria works from a warm, caring, holistic, person-centred approach, exploring the dynamics of how our thoughts, relationships, and faith inform our perspective. Through a collaborative effort with the client, Victoria facilitates a conversation examining areas of conflict and using the client’s strengths to overcome them. 

Victoria is a Registered Psychotherapist and a Certified Canadian Counsellor based out of St. Thomas, Ontario, and holds a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of Western Ontario. She is trained in Critical Incident Response as well as Applied Suicide Intervention and Skills Training. Victoria has gained knowledge and training counselling individuals who are experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship conflict, abuse, career transitions, low self-esteem, self-harm, and grief. Her experience has centred on supporting individuals through crisis and trauma.
