Therapy sessions are approximately 50 minutes at a rate of $150 including HST, payable by credit, cash, or e-transfer at the end of each session. The fee covers the time of the session as well as preparation time, record keeping, business expenses, professional development, and any applicable taxes.
If psychotherapy is covered by your insurance, I am happy to provide you with all the necessary documentation for your claim.
Counselling timelines, frequency, and duration are unique to each individual and can be discussed with the therapist.
I offer individual counselling to clients over the age of 17.
Please provide 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel a session. Clients must pay for any missed sessions that have not been cancelled 24 hours ahead.
